Dryer Vent Cleaning Pricing
Straightforward pricing. No surprises.
Cost structures in this industry are often confusing, inconsistent, or filled with add-ons. We keep things simple. Our pricing is based on how accessible the vent system is, not how dirty it is. That way, you always know the cost before we arrive.
Ground-level vents are typically quicker and simpler to service. Second-story or roof-access vents require additional setup, safety precautions, and time, which is reflected in the price.
At Sage, we use a clear, access-based pricing model so there are no surprises on service day.

Occasional Repairs & Replacements
In most cases, a standard dryer vent cleaning is all that’s needed. Occasionally, we may come across components that are damaged, unsafe, or no longer functioning as intended.
This can include things like:
- Exterior vent hoods that are cracked, stuck, or missing flaps
- Transition hoses that are crushed, torn, or improperly installed
- Older materials that restrict airflow or don’t meet current safety standards
When this happens, we’ll explain what we’re seeing and why it matters — clearly and without pressure.
How We Handle Recommendations
Sage is intentional about making recommendations only when they’re genuinely needed.
If a repair or replacement would improve airflow, safety, or long-term performance, we’ll walk you through:
- What the issue is
- Why it’s worth addressing
- What your options are
There’s never an obligation to move forward.
Replacement Options
For convenience, we carry common replacement parts with us and can install them during your appointment for an additional cost. This can be helpful if you’d prefer everything handled in one visit.
If you’d rather save a little money and handle the replacement yourself, that’s completely fine too. We’re happy to:
- Explain what part is needed
- Show you where it goes
- Share guidance on how to replace it safely
Our goal is to help you make the decision that feels right for your home — not to upsell unnecessary work.
Any optional repairs or replacements are discussed before anything is done. You’ll always know the cost ahead of time, and you’re free to decline.
That transparency is part of how we try to modernize the home service experience. Questions about what is included or which price applies to your setup? See our dryer vent cleaning FAQs or Contactcontact us before booking.
